An early morning fire in St. Clair County left a mobile home totally destroyed on Tuesday. In a post on Facebook, the Cook Springs Fire Department said crews responded to a fully involved fire at a single-wide trailer around 6:11 a.m. Tuesday as mutual aid to the Wolf Creek Fire Department. The New London Fire Department was also requested to assist. Cook Springs FD said all people in the residence made it out safely by the time firefighters arrived at the scene. The fire was extinguished quickly and no injuries were reported.
