Location: Waupaca, WI


The Position
This position will be the head administrative position for the Waupaca Area Fire Department and will lead a volunteer and paid-on call staff. This position will report to the Waupaca Area Fire Commission which is comprised of one elected official, five in total, from each of the towns (and City) within the primary service area. The Commission is seeking a candidate with a minimum 10 years of fire protection experience including 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position with experience in fire services, budgeting, and leadership; or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, ability and skills.
