Several crews responded to a structure fire on Tri Lake Road off of Amnicon Lake in Douglas County on Thursday, April 24. A WDIO reporter observed the Parkland Volunteer Fire Department, Town of Oakland Volunteer Fire Department, the Town of Superior Fire/Rescue Department, and Summit Volunteer Fire Department working at the scene. The reporter also observed that the structure had burned down, with the exception of a chimney, and that a truck also received fire damage. WDIO has reached out to authorities to confirm if the structure was a residential home, the cause of the fire, and if there were any injuries.
