PHOTOS: No injuries have been reported after a fire at the Lac du Flambeau tribal garage Wednesday morning. The Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians made a Facebook post around 7:15 a.m. Wednesday that the garage was on fire.
Later, they explained the fire was out but the building was a total loss.
Multiple area departments were on scene to help fight the fire, including Lac du Flambeau Fire and Ambulance, Lac du Flambeau Police Department, Arbor Vitae Fire and Police, Woodruff Fire, EMS, and Police, Vilas County Sheriff, Vilas County EMS, Pike Lake Fire Department, St. Germain Fire Department, Lake Tomahawk Fire Department, Hazelhurst Fire Department, Manitowish Waters Fire Department, and Little Rice Fire Department.
