VIDEO: A fire broke out at an abandoned house a couple of miles west of Eltopia, with flames engulfing the building and downing a power line. Franklin County Fire District 5 crews arrived just after 8:30 p.m., successfully containing the blaze before it could spread to a nearby wheat field. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
