South Burlington firefighters are now being greeted by a more modern-looking building when they arrive at work. Fire Station 1 on Dorset Street not only has new signs and a fresh coat of paint, but also completely new doors, along with some other repairs. You can see the difference between how the station looks now compared to earlier this summer in the video above. The smaller Station 2 on Holmes Road also got new signs, which were made to match those on Station 1. Between the two stations, South Burlington has four fire engines, two ambulances, a boat, and several other rescue vehicles.
