PHOTOS: A truck fire shut down the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 near Bellmead and Waco Monday afternoon. The fire happened around 1:30 p.m. Waco Police and Fire were on scene, as well as Bellmead Police.
Bellmead Police say there were no injuries. The roadway partially reopened around 3:45 p.m. with traffic control, but the fire caused traffic delays and backups for hours. The freeway was fully reopened around 5 p.m.
