The services for a fallen retired Temple Fire & Rescue captain have been announced. Temple Fire & Rescue has announced that a visitation service for Retired Captain Randy Smith will be held on Saturday, June 7 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Dossman Funeral Home, located at 2525 N. Main St. in Belton, Texas. A memorial service will also reportedly be held on Sunday, June 8 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Belton, located at 205 E. 3rd Ave. in Belton. Smith died in a car crash just after midnight on Saturday, May 31, according to Temple Fire and Rescue.
