An overnight house fire in Chattanooga displaced three residents, according to the Chattanooga Fire Department. The fire department said crews arrived to the home on Hickory View Lane at about 1:00 a.m. on Monday.
Firefighters found heavy fire and smoke in the garage and spreading into the house. All residents were out of the home safely, the fire department noted.
Crews had the fire out in about 45 minutes, but the home was significantly damaged. The Chattanooga Fire Department is investigating to find out what caused the fire.
