A fire destroyed a barn in Aynor early Saturday morning, according to Horry County Fire Rescue (HCFR).
Just after 12:30 a.m., crews were dispatched to a reported structure fire on the 3000 block of Highway 319 in Aynor.
An abandoned barn was fully engulfed in fire and destroyed. Another residence nearby was also heavily damaged, HCFR said.
A second alarm was sent out to bring additional assistance.
The fire was under control by 1:50 a.m., and no injuries were reported.
HCFR said that any residents displaced will be offered assistance from the American Red Cross of South Carolina.
The fire is under investigation by the Horry County Police Department with assistance from the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
