VIDEO: Firefighters say they are now considering the late-night fire that destroyed a Beaufort County home suspicious. That update came Tuesday morning after crews responded to the same location on Lemon Lane in Burton about three hours after clearing the scene from the night before. The first report of a fire, which brought the Burton Fire District, Marine Corps Air Station Fire and Emergency Services, Beaufort County EMS and the Beaufort County Sheriffโs Office to the scene, came in just before 11 p.m. Monday. A 911 caller said a mobile home at the end of the road was burning and did not know if anyone was inside. Crews got to the scene to find the single-wide mobile home fully engulfed in flames, according to a release from the Fire District.
