VIDEO: Three firefighters and a resident are injured following a 3-alarm fire at an apartment complex in Bristol Township, Bucks County, officials said.
The fire broke out in the early morning hours of Wednesday, Sept. 17, 2025, at the Levittown Trace Apartments on the 3000 block of Ford Road.
NBC10 was on the scene, and a section of the apartment’s roof had caved in as crews continued to douse flames and smoke.
โIt was like a ball of fire, like youโre looking at a ball of fire above the apartments,” said Angel, a resident of the Levittown Trace Apartments.
According to officials, three firefighters were injured battling the fire, including one who was injured when the roof collapsed.
Officials said one resident, a man, was transported to the hospital after jumping out of a window trying to escape the flames.
โOne resident jumped out of a second-floor window. His fall was slowed by police officers,” said Bristol Township Fire Marshal Kevin Dippolito.
