A restroom facility outside the Mayville State University football field was completely engulfed in flames Sunday morning. The fire occurred around 10:15 a.m., according to a statement from university President Brian Van Horn. Fire departments from Mayville and Portland responded and extinguished the fire. The blaze was contained to the restroom facility. No people were present at the time of the fire and there were no injuries reported. The origin of the fire is being investigated.
