VIDEO/PHOTOS: Multiple fire crews responded to a structure fire on Roman Circle in Brockport Sunday morning. According to Hamlin Morton Walker Fire District, Holley, Churchville, Hilton and Brockport fire crews all responded to the scene.
Officials said the fire was able to be extinguished and all occupants of the home exited without injury. One firefighter did suffer minor injuries and was treated by Monroe County Ambulance before being transported to the hospital for observation. According to the Brockport Fire District, neighbors described some sort of explosion alerted them to the fire.
Traffic was restricted in the area at this time due to the emergency response vehicles. The roadway has since reopened. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
