Clark County fire crews battle fire at Las Vegas-area hotel; no injuries

Clark County Fire crews were at the scene of a Las Vegas hotel after receiving a call about a fire. It happened on Tuesday around 5 p.m. at the Sahara Hotel in the 2500 block of South Las Vegas Boulevard. When crews arrived, they saw smoke coming from the second-story roof. Firefighters eventually located the fire, which was contained to construction debris, and were able to knock down the fire. No injuries were reported at the scene of the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
