Attleboro Fire Department said they battled a fire at a manufacturing facility Saturday morning.
According to fire officials, they responded to 113 Olive St. at around 12:44 a.m. for a report of a fire.
The building is used by a company that manufactures paints, primers and finishers, fire crews said.
Officials said the exterior fire had spread to the inside of the building. Attleboro fire crews said they found โsignificantโ fire inside the building and burned through the second floor.
The fire was brought under control in around 25 minutes after an aggressive interior attack, fire officials said.
โThis is a large building with manufacturing operations that require various materials to complete,โ said Assistant Chief Dennis Perkins. โThe quick actions of crews stopped this from becoming a much larger incident.โ
The department also said the wind made it difficult to control the fire. A building inspector and electrical inspector were called to the scene.
The cause remains under investigation, but fire officials said it appears to have began outside.
