VIDEO: A fire destroyed a home overnight Tuesday in Cahokia Heights. The fire broke out shortly before 1:30 a.m. on the 4200 block of Baker Avenue. Authorities say two people were home at the time of the fire but managed to escape. No injuries were reported from the fire. The house appeared to be a total loss after the fire.
