At around 4:30 p.m. Sunday evening, Chatham County Fire was sent to Brasseler Blvd/King George Blvd. for a vehicle fire endangering a structure. According to fire officials, bystanders tried to put out the fire before Chatham County Fire got there. The fire was contained to the car and did not spread to the structure. โEngine 301 with assistance from Truck 307 quickly began fire suppression and contained spread. All damage remained with vehicle,โ said Chatham County Fire officials.
