VIDEO: Firefighters responded to a car fire in the parking deck of the Victory Building across the street from the Arkansas Capitol. No injuries were reported, but up to four vehicles were confirmed to have been damaged. At this time, it’s unclear how the fire started. The Fire Marshal was on scene investigating and added that it could potentially be a mechanical issue.
