VIDEO/PHOTOS: Crews responded to a house fire near Golf Links and Pantano in Tucson on Monday, Aug. 11. The Tucson Fire Department confirmed it responded to a fire in the 7000 block of East Lurlene Drive around 7 p.m. The TFD said the fire started in the garage of one home and spread to a nearby house. Several small explosions were heard coming from the garage, according to the TFD. The fire was under control before 7:25 p.m., and there were no reported injuries. At least five people were displaced, and the cause is under investigation. 13 News viewer Shirley Zweig was the first to report the fire and sent us a video of the smoke.
