VIDEO: On Saturday, crews worked quickly to put out a fire that began with a vehicle and spread to a nearby home in Green Bay. According to the Green Bay Metro Fire Department, crews were called to the 700 block of South Taylor Street around 2:35 p.m. on October 4 for reports of a spreading vehicle fire in the driveway of a multi-family home.
A swift and coordinated response brought the fire under control within seven minutes. No injuries were reported, and all of the homeโs residents had safely evacuated. All of the damage sustained was reported to be on the homes exterior, causing roughly $26,000 in estimated damages. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
