Guam Fire Department: Man taken to hospital after being found ‘pulseless’ on shoreline in Piti

A 51-year-old man was taken to Naval Hospital after he was located along the shoreline south of Fish Eye Marine Park in Piti Thursday afternoon “pulseless and breathless,” Guam Fire Department spokesperson Capt. Nick Garrido said.

GFD personnel responded to Fish Eye around 3:50 p.m. Thursday for a reported missing swimmer, Garrido said. At about 4:20 p.m. responders located the 51-year-old man along the shoreline and he was pulseless and breathless, he said. “GFD personnel initiated CPR on scene and while en route to Naval Hospital with GFD paramedics,” Garrido said.
