VIDEO: A fire has broken out in a single-story home in Cheney, prompting a swift response from Spokane County firefighters. Teri Bunce, Public Information Officer told NonStop Local News that 12 units from Spokane County Fire District 3, two units from Spokane Fire Department and law enforcement are on the scene. The cause of the fire remains unknown at this time. No other structures are threatened. The two residents of the home managed to escape and were evaluated for smoke inhalation.
