Personnel from York County Department of Fire and Life Safety were dispatched to Peninsula Heavy Duty at 7602 George Washington Memorial Highway.

A commercial structure fire broke out about 9:54 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of George Washington Memorial Highway in Gloucester Point.

By working with local EMS and first responders, the helicopter will provide fast transit for patients with life-threatening emergencies.

According to officials, multiple units were dispatched to the 13000 block of Shiloh Drive just before 2 p.m. Tuesday for the report of a shed fire.

Zack Dunnigan has been selected to fill the newly established fire marshal position, which falls under the Pulaski County Fire and Rescue Department.

The fire in the 5400 block of Morris Neck Road was reported at 3:51 p.m. Upon arrival five minutes later, crews found the mobile home fully involved in flames.
