PHOTO: A Texas game warden and a Buna firefighter captured a massive alligator Saturday south of Buna on Highway 96, the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office said. Game Warden Morgan Inman and Buna firefighter Robert McCurley helped capture the alligator, which officials said could have caused significant damage. The sheriff’s office thanked its state and local partners for their efforts. “We appreciate all of our state and local partners and their efforts. This monster could’ve caused a lot of damage,” said the sheriff’s office in a social media post.
