VIDEO/PHOTOS: A family of four โ€” including children โ€” was brought to the hospital following a house fire in Cheatham County Sunday afternoon. Edwin Hogan, the director of the Cheatham County Emergency Management Agency, told News 2 that multiple departments were called to the incident along Neptune Road just after 1 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 14. The Pleasant View Volunteer Fire Department was reportedly the first on scene, but help quickly arrived from Cheatham County EMA, Cheatham County EMS, and the Cheatham County Sheriffโ€™s Office.

According to PVVFD Capt. Wayne Bennett, two adults and two children in the home were transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation, but theyโ€™re alright. However, Hogan said it was one woman and three children.
