A fatal car crash occurred last week on Highway 41A in Bedford County, Tennessee, resulting in the death of a longtime Franklin firefighter.
According to a preliminary report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP), Gregory Tucker, 49, was traveling south on Highway 41A on Wednesday, June 18, 2025. His 2020 Jeep Glad crossed the center line and overcorrected while negotiating a right curve. A 2023 Mack GR6 Dump then struck the Jeep in the northbound lane. Both vehicles left the roadway on the west side and caught fire after the collision. No charges have been filed in connection with the crash, as stated by the THP.
