Firefighters Quickly Put Out Garage Fire in Clarksville

VIDEO: Clarksville firefighters saved a family’s home after a fire sparked in the garage overnight. According to a report from Dash10 Media, the Clarksville Fire & Rescue Department sent units to a home in the 3000 block of Outfitters Road near Trenton Road around 2 a.m. on Tuesday. Clarksville Fire told Dash10 that the fire was located in the garage and was put down within minutes.

A yellow Chevrolet Camaro parked in the garage and some other belongings sustained damage, but firefighters were able to contain the damage to the garage. Dash10 was told that the family was home when the garage caught fire and managed to escape safely.

Clarksville Fire reported that they were able to return to the home after crews left the scene. All Clarksville Fire personnel reportedly cleared out by 2:50 a.m.
