PHOTOS: Crews battled a tractor-trailer fire that sent thick clouds of smoke into the air Monday night in Fermanagh Township. Mifflintown Hose Company #1 said firefighters responded around 10:17 a.m. to the fire, which was located on Route 322 west just prior to the Mifflintown exit. The fire company said on Facebook that the tractor-trailer was full of lumber, and the rear of the vehicle had gone up in flames. Both lanes of Route 322 west were shut down as crews extinguished the flames. No injuries were reported.
