PHOTOS: Members of the Lingohocken Fire Company gathered on Saturday night for its annual awards dinner and to recognize the exemplary dedication and service of its volunteers in 2024. Last year proved to be a busy one for the Wycombe-based fire company, with a nearly record-breaking number of incidents, numerous critical trainings, and the onboarding of several new volunteers. The company took time during the event to recognize its top responders for 2024 including Duane Smith, first place; Steve Kraiss, second place; Mike Sullivan, third place; Dennis Kilfeather, fourth place; and Hunter Gorski, fifth place. The company’s training award, given to a member whose commitment to advanced certification training separated them from the rest, went to Hunter Gorski.
