VIDEO: A duplex fire in Lebanon County displaced eight people and sent a firefighter to the hospital Wednesday morning, according to the Lebanon City fire chief. A duplex in the 200 block of South 11th Street in Lebanon City went up in flames around 7:30 a.m. The blaze started in the home on the right and spread to the home on the left, causing damage to both. One firefighter was transported to the hospital with “minor injuries,” the chief said. No residents were hurt. According to the American Red Cross, eight people are without a home and are being assisted. The area of South 11th and Walnut streets was closed while crews investigated. At this time, there’s been no word on what started the blaze.
