VIDEO: Crews in York County battled a house fire early Sunday morning. Firefighters were called to the 200 block of Poplar Road in Warrington Township around 1:30 a.m. According to Wellsville Fire Company Chief Larry Anderson, by the time crews arrived, the fire had already collapsed the home into the basement.
A tanker task force was called in to supply water to fight the fire. Anderson said the home was being remodeled and was unoccupied at the time of the fire. No injuries have been reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation by the state police fire marshal.
