Firefighters and police are seeking information and video footage after a series of fires early Sunday near Irving Park in northeast Portland, according to Portland Fire & Rescue. Just before 4 a.m., firefighters responded to a tent trailer on fire in the area of Northeast 7th Avenue and Northeast Fremont Street. As they worked to put out that fire, a second small fire, and then more, were reported in and around the park. In total, crews responded to the tent trailer, which had spread to a garage, then they were sent to a utility trailer, a dumpster in Irving Park, a stump in Irving Park, a garage door of a nearby home, a second stump in Irving Park and a shed in Irving Park. Additional fire crews were sent to the park area to help put out all the fires. Fire investigators asked anyone with video footage recorded between 3:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. near the fires to contact them.
