PHOTOS: One person was hurt when a motorhome caught fire in the Dilley community just outside Forest Grove on Saturday afternoon, according to Forest Grove Fire & Rescue. Just after 3 p.m., crews were sent to an address near Southwest Bantam Avenue and Southwest Dudney Avenue, where they found multiple structures on fire.
According to firefighters, the fire started in the motorhome, then spread to a nearby trailer and a garage. Crews arrived to find the RV fully engulfed in flames, and the nearby garage starting to catch fire. One person suffered serious burns and was rushed to a burn center, where they are expected to recover, according to firefighters. A dog was also found dead in the motorhome. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
