VIDEO/PHOTOS: In Linn County, a field fire which sparked Level 3 evacuations between Crawfordsville and Holley is now being investigated for possible criminal charges. According to the Linn County Sheriff’s Office, the fire was started by a resident driving a pickup in a field of tall grass. All in all, the fire burned about 25 acres, damaged a pumphouse, and destroyed an RV on the field. No injuries were reported. When the investigation by Linn County detectives and the State Fire Marshal wraps up, it will be sent to the District Attorney’s office for possible criminal charges.
