VIDEO/PHOTO: A home in Toledo will be demolished after an overnight fire. Firefighters responded to a fire in the 1900 block of N. Michigan Street just before 3 a.m. on July 28. When TFRD crews arrived they found the house engulfed in flames and went defensive. Because the fire was so heavy, crews werenโt able to go inside for any search of the property. No one was hurt in the fire and the house is vacant. Itโs unclear at this time what may have sparked the fire. The utilities to the house will be shut off and the buildings department will evaluate next steps for demolition.
