The Bismarck Event Center is hosting one of the longest-running Emergency Medical Services (EMS) conferences. On April 3, over 500 participants from the tri-state area, including 55 exhibitors, will set up for pre-conference sessions and a vendor preview. The conference then continues on April 4 and 5 with pre-hospital, nursing, and law enforcement sessions that will be taught by skilled educators from across the country. Offered medical and trauma-related sessions will cover pediatrics, adults, and geriatric patients. Experts will give keynote general sessions, and there will be more than 50 education topics, including:

- Pediatrics
- Special Healthcare Needs Patients
- Obstetrical Emergencies
- Infectious Disease Management
- Opiate Emergencies
- Specific topics for advanced care providers, EMS educators, and EMS managers
