Large fire consumes porta potty supplier in Queens: FDNY

VIDEO: A fire broke out at a porta potty supplier in Queens on Sunday night, according to the FDNY. It started around 7 p.m. at 3-04 Cross Bay Blvd., which is where CALLAHEAD is located. At least 106 firefighters and EMS personnel responded, according to the FDNY.

Fire officials said two people, including a firefighter, were injured. Video from Citizen App showed dark plumes of smoke rising from the facility, with police cruisers and fire trucks racing to the scene. The fire was under control by 8 p.m. The cause is under investigation, according to the FDNY.
