Evacuations lifted as Laguna Fire containment grows to 75%

The U.S. Forest Service lifted evacuations in the area of the Laguna Fire as it is now 75% contained in northern New Mexico. Lightning sparked that fire about a month ago. It has burned 17,413 acres in the Santa Fe National Forest near Gallina. There are three crews, five engines, two helicopters, an unmanned aircraft system, a water tender and three ambulances working the fire. Residents in Gallina Ranch, have been given the okay to return home โ€“ but the Forest Service still has it on โ€œReadyโ€ status.
