VIDEO: Julio Colon bought a firetruck in 2019 and converted it into a food truck. Now First Responders Catering sells hand crafted Sausage & Pepper and Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches. He hopes to attract the first responders in the area and even graduate to catering for big events. His food truck is located in Sanford, stationed at a local car wash.
