VIDEO: A Baltimore County volunteer fire company introduced a new vehicle to their fleet on Tuesday. Responders said it will allow them to reach isolated areas previously off-limits. “As of four days ago, it’s officially in service. We wanted to make sure (WBAL-TV) was the first to see it,” said Essex Volunteer Fire Company Captain Andrew Boram. 11 News received an up-close look at the Polaris utility task vehicle worth around $70,000. It will drastically improve the capabilities of the Essex Volunteer Fire Company and any surrounding districts in need.
