The Jackson Fire Department responded to a house fire on Henley Street Sunday. JFD arrived on the scene at approximately 2:32 p.m. According to JFD Division Fire Chief Charles Felton, an investigator was requested after the flames were extinguished due to the fact the fireโs cause was unable to be determined. Fire investigators determined the incident to be accidental and electrical in origin. Felton said no injuries were reported and the fire caused โextensive damage.โ
