A kitchen fire caused minor damage to a restaurant Thursday morning. The Rochester Fire Department (RFD) says it responded to a fire alarm at Los Arcos Kitchen & Cantina on Airport View Drive SE at around 8:22 am. The first firefighters on the scene said they saw smoke in the restaurant. RFD says crews entered the restaurant and found a kitchen appliance on fire. The flames were extinguished using a pressurized water can. No one was injured. RFD says the appliance was destroyed with minimal smoke and water damage to the kitchen area. The Rochester Police Department assisted at the scene.
