VIDEO: The city of Duluth and its union firefighters have officially agreed to a new contract. The Duluth City Council voted to adopt it during Monday nightโs meeting. The three-year contract includes a pay increase of up to three percent annually, a uniform allowance, and bi-annual pay increases for fire captains and fire equipment operators. The IAFF Local 101 union members ratified the agreement earlier this month, after the two sides first reached an agreement in June.
