VIDEO: While out doing boat training Sunday morning, Bay City firefighters got an unexpected visitor, a curious young Labrador who swam right into the middle of the channel. Luckily, the timing couldn’t have been better. Crews spotted the pup and quickly brought her safely back to shore, reuniting her with her grateful owner. The department called it a sweet rescue and a perfect hands-on training opportunity.
