VIDEO/PHOTOS: What started as a scary situation ended in cheers and fist bumps after a child got his head stuck in a railing in Baltimore city. “A young boy found himself trapped in a railing at the Baltimore Harbor, but thanks to the swift response of BCFD’s Rescue 1, he was safely freed without injury,” the Baltimore City Fire Department posted on Facebook Wednesday. “Our team worked carefully and quickly to ensure the child’s safety while comforting him throughout the rescue.” The fire department shared a video of the ordeal and showed how crews were able to rescue the boy by widening the bars on the railing. After he’s freed, members of the fire department can be heard cheering and clapping. “You’re brave, huh?” One of the first responders said, before giving the child a double fist bump. The fire crew held his hand as they walked to their fire engine and allowed him to take a special seat right in the front.
