Fire destroyed a mobile home, shed and vehicle in Baldwin Thursday afternoon. Crews at the scene told Maine’s Total Coverage that no one was hurt, but the cause of the fire was not immediately known. The fire happened on Murch Road and that road was closed for a time. A heavy downpour also moved through as crews were putting the fire out and working to clear the scene, but there was no indication that the weather affected efforts.
