VIDEO/PHOTOS: The Keavy Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched Saturday afternoon to a reported grass/woods fire. According to officials, units were dispatched by the London-Laurel County 911 Center at 3:07 p.m. Dec. 27, around the 3800 block of Laurel Road North. Officials reported that about two acres of grassland were on fire, with an RV fully engulfed in flames.
The fire had spread within 50 feet of a residence. Units worked together to extinguish the fire, and no injuries were reported.
