VIDEO: The Muscatine Fire Department, in partnership with the Muscatine Firefighters Charitable Association, is excited to host theย 2nd annual Midwest Fire Explorer Dayย on Saturday, May 31 at Loud Thunder Scout Reservation (9906 175th Street West, Illinois City, IL).
This full-day event, running from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. offers young participants a hands-on experience in firefighting and emergency response. Designed for ages 14 and up, the event provides an opportunity for Explorers and Cadets from fire departments across Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa to engage in confidence-building activities, teamwork exercises, and fire-related training.
