Kuna Rural Fire District (KRFD) hosted a public groundbreaking ceremony for Station 2 on Friday morning. The event featured remarks from district leadership and local officials, followed by a ceremonial shovel turn. “Station 2 is about faster response times and stronger service for our community,” said Fire Chief TJ Lawrence. “This project positions our crews and apparatus where they’re needed most as Kuna continues to grow.” “This is a milestone for public safety in Kuna,” said Fire Commissioner Carrera Atkinson. “We’re grateful for the collaboration of our partners and the support of residents who make this possible.”
